Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our elderly residents suffering from moderate dementia and challenging behaviors.

Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will be working in a purpose-built nursing home with a strong focus on elderly care and dementia support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC registration and eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Previous experience in care home settings, particularly with dementia care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a focus on resident-centered practice.
