Financial Planner Role

Our client, a leading wealth and investment management organisation, is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join their team in Glasgow. As a Financial Planner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering expert financial planning advice to a diverse range of clients.

This role involves managing an existing client base while actively seeking opportunities to expand it through business development initiatives and networking. You will ensure client satisfaction by providing ongoing advice, maintaining client suitability, and adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in business development to attract new clients, leveraging both internal and external networks.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning solutions, particularly in complex and higher-risk areas.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and company policies to maintain compliance.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Financial Planner, whether newly qualified or more experienced.
  • Deep knowledge of financial planning, client advice, and complex advisory areas.
  • Understanding of financial markets, risk management techniques, and regulatory frameworks.
