Pertemps TM is currently seeking a Logistics Operative for our client located in Kidderminster. This role involves working on a static day shift within a modern, state-of-the-art facility. The primary responsibilities will include assembling products manually and performing essential quality inspections.

Key Responsibilities of a Logistics Operative:
  • Assemble and rework products according to customer specifications
  • Conduct quality checks on products before they are dispatched
  • Pick and pack items efficiently
  • Organize stock in the appropriate locations
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
Qualifications for a Logistics Operative:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred
  • Assembly experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Ability to maintain a high pick rate with minimal errors
  • Strong timekeeping and attendance record
  • Willingness to work in a cooler environment during winter
  • Physical capability to handle items weighing up to 15kg
