About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team at RTL Group Ltd. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our civils projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Supervise and train site staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience working on groundwork projects in the UK.
  • CSCS certification.
  • Strong knowledge of civils engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
