Candidate Profile

We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who is eager to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication abilities and a commitment to maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation. A diploma or qualification in culinary arts is preferred, along with experience in a professional kitchen environment.

Role Overview

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in our bustling kitchen, collaborating with chefs of varying expertise. You will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, contributing to all dining outlets including the restaurant, room service, and event catering. Your leadership will extend to mentoring junior kitchen staff, fostering a supportive and communicative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Collaborating effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  • Supervising and guiding junior kitchen members, acting as a mentor when necessary.
  • Preparing and cooking dishes in accordance with our brand standards, leading specific sections during service.
  • Managing food preparation for both restaurant and event kitchens.
  • Overseeing stock control, including delivery distribution and inventory management.
  • Upholding rigorous food hygiene standards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Monitoring portion sizes and waste to maintain profitability.
