Climate Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Climate Manager to join our team at Aviva, a leading insurance company committed to achieving net zero emissions. As a Climate Manager, you will play a critical role in helping us deliver our climate and nature strategy, working closely with various business units to drive sustainable growth and reduce our environmental impact.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a Climate Manager to lead on climate strategy, metrics, and reporting across our investment, underwriting, and operational business. You will work closely with Investor Relations, Financial Comms, Group M&A, and Group Treasury to engage stakeholders and drive climate action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement climate strategy and metrics to drive sustainable growth and reduce environmental impact
  • Lead on climate reporting and stakeholder engagement to drive climate action
  • Collaborate with business units to drive climate-related initiatives and projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Investor Relations, Financial Comms, Group M&A, and Group Treasury
