Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team at Randstad UK Holding. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering a range of trade repairs and maintenance work in a social housing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work, including plumbing, carpentry, kitchen and bathroom fitting, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Work to deliver high-quality results in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
  • Be flexible and willing to work on an out-of-hours call-out rota as required.

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant trade qualification, NVQ2 or equivalent C&G.
  • Previous experience working in social housing properties.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
