About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Central Engineering and Operations function at NTT Global Data Centers EMEA GmbH. As a Project Manager – Data Center In-Life Infrastructure, you will be responsible for delivering mission-critical projects in our Data Centers across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage In-Life projects in our Data Centers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to NTT standards.
  • Lead a team of resources, activities, and work packages to achieve project objectives, collaborating with internal functions and external contractors.
  • Provide regular project progress reports to stakeholders, identifying potential delays and proposing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation to NTT standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project delivery risks.
  • Implement a project management approach to In-Life projects.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and create business cases for each project.
  • Support the Technical Operations team in managing projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensure project health and safety requirements are effectively managed.
  • Provide regular project delivery performance updates.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical).
  • Experience in a large multinational company with significant regional operations.
  • Proven track record of delivering large complex projects in live operational areas.
  • Project Management Qualifications such as PMI CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or comparable.
  • Proven experience in leading multi-region project management teams.
  • Demonstrable experience of fundamental project management principles.
  • Ability to teach and guide team members through changing environments.
  • Ability to prepare, present, and summarize information to various audiences.
  • Willingness to travel and undergo full security checks to BS7858:2019 standard.
  • Proficient in English language, both written and verbal, with a secondary European language (e.g., French, Spanish, German, Italian).
