Job Title: Personal Wellbeing Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at Catch22. As a Wellbeing Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting adult male ex-offenders to develop strategies to manage their emotions and deliver skills training to foster self-confidence.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Wellbeing Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting service users to develop strategies to manage their emotions and deliver skills training to foster self-confidence
  • Delivering focussed interventions across various pathways, including Family and Significant Others, Lifestyle and Associates, Emotional Wellbeing Services, and Social Inclusion
  • Working in close partnership with delivery partners, HMPPS, Voluntary Sector, and other Criminal Justice organisations to promote and deliver our services and achieve the required outputs and outcomes
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Good basic education, including Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
  • Evidence of continual professional development
  • Good IT skills and experience working with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and other IT applications
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £24,961 per annum, 28 days annual leave + bank holidays, rising to 33 days with service, and a pension scheme with matching contributions of up to 4%.
