About the Role
GAP Group LTD is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing profitable sales growth within your designated region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the performance of your Technical Sales Representatives team, including carrying out KPI meetings and joint customer visits.
- Develop and monitor sales systems and procedures, making recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and manage profitable sales growth within your designated region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- A proven track record in sales within the Pumps/Hire related industries is essential.
- Demonstrable experience of leading and developing successful field sales teams would be desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare proposals and deliver presentations at a senior level.
- Proven negotiation skills and a focus on exceeding customers' expectations.
- Proficient in MS office and experience using CRM software.
- Driving License (essential).
