In this engaging and fulfilling role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting Digital leadership in strategically growing the team from both a personnel and market perspective;
  • Overseeing the delivery and expansion of IT Risk Advisory engagements aligned with our Digital capabilities and offerings;
  • Actively pursuing personal development and growth through available learning opportunities within the team;
  • Managing business development strategies across Digital, including support for significant bids, sales opportunities, and facilitating initial client introductions;
  • Providing guidance and shaping the roadmap for launching new products to market with the assistance of technical subject matter experts.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in IT Governance, IT General Controls, and emerging IT risks/trends;
  • Good understanding of Digital propositions and emerging tools that support Digital Transformation (automation, IT Risk & Control frameworks, cyber-specific tools);
  • Experience in leading a team with a passion for mentoring and supporting the development of oneself and others;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for reviewing and refining proposals and reports;
  • Ability to build sustainable relationships and networks with team members and clients;
  • Extensive prior consulting/advisory experience with the capability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously;
  • Fluency in English is required;
  • Familiarity with ICFR and NIST frameworks is preferred.
