Job Title: Head of Warehouse and Production
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse and Facilities Manager to join our team at Live Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the daily running of our warehouse facility, ensuring seamless logistics and inventory management, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Line manage the warehouse team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project management and production, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects.
- Coordinate stock control, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Manage transport logistics, including scheduling and coordinating the movement of technical equipment and supplies.
- Maintain accurate technical stock inventory through a CRM system, ensuring up-to-date records and efficient stock management.
- Implement and maintain health and safety processes within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers to procure new equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Oversee the testing and maintenance of technical equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and meets required standards.
- Ensure the warehouse team is fully trained on all processes and procedures, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse and Facilities Manager with a proven track record in similar roles. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong understanding of technical AV equipment and inventory management systems.
