About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hub Manager to join our Students and Programmes Hub team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing key relationships across academic and professional services colleagues, planning and delivering effective services to students and staff, and monitoring and improving those services based on metrics and feedback.

About the Team

The Students and Programmes Hub teams are central to supporting students throughout their programme of study. They provide core administrative services to enable students to access their learning, manage their time, and complete their studies successfully, and provide a front-line enquiry service for students.

About the Department

The Students and Programmes Hub teams work closely with academic and professional services staff across the College to support a range of central administrative activities, deliver programme administration, and discipline-specific support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key relationships across academic and professional services colleagues
  • Plan, communicate, and deliver effective services to students and staff
  • Monitor and improve services based on metrics and feedback
  • Support and lead a professional team of Coordinators and Assistants
