We're on a mission to inspire the world to love great coffee, and we're looking for a talented Store Manager to join our team in Tamworth Ventura Retail Park. As a Store Manager at Costa Coffee, you'll be responsible for leading your store to new heights, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results, providing coaching and development opportunities to help them reach their full potential
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, labor, and customer service, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Collaborate with the wider Costa Coffee team to share best practices and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform your decision-making and drive business success
