Job Title: Programme Manager - R&D Project Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead our R&D projects in the Aerospace and Communications sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs that incorporate both electronic and software development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage R&D projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of hardware, software, and ASIC design engineers.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience in the semiconductor, space, aerospace, or satellite communications industry.
  • Experience managing complex programs that incorporate both electronic and software development.
  • Experience working with ESA is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
