About the Role:
- As an Employment Associate, you will provide high-quality legal advice on employment matters, focusing on employer support and senior executive issues.
- You will undertake fee-earning work and contribute to the profitability of the employment team and broader business services division.
- Collaborate closely with partners in Reading and across other offices, ensuring seamless support and service delivery.
- Actively participate in business development activities to expand client relationships and contribute to the firm's growth.
- Uphold professional ethics and quality standards, representing the firm positively in all dealings.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor or barrister with admission to the roll of solicitors or membership of the bar.
- Six to nine years of post-qualification experience in employment law, with a proven track record in employer advice and handling senior executive matters.
- Strong commercial acumen and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
