About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialist neurological physiotherapy assessment and individualised treatment for adults with complex, acquired neurological disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with complex neurological conditions
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to maximise independence and recovery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and therapy assistants
  • Participate in teaching and education of relatives and multidisciplinary team colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • HCPC registration
  • Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) Membership desirable
  • 2 years post-graduate experience in neurological physiotherapy
  • Previous experience as a Senior/Band 6 physiotherapist
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and experience of working with people with neurological conditions
