Job Purpose

The role of Employment Advisor will be focused on supporting the performance of Specialist employment Services Contracts. This will be achieved by developing and managing effective relationships with employers and local networks. The post holder will lead a team of Employer Engagement Leads and Vacancy Coordinators to provide employer engagement support, drive performance objectives, deliver sales tools, manage accounts, support recruitment initiatives, and provide expert insights and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team to provide employer engagement support and drive performance objectives.
  • Develop and manage effective relationships with employers and local networks.
  • Lead the development and implementation of sales tools and account management strategies.
  • Support recruitment initiatives and provide expert insights and guidance.
  • Manage and progress clients or customers to meet agreed goals and ambitions.

Requirements

  • 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent qualifications.
  • Demonstrable evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
  • Strong track record of successfully working to targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in managing and progressing clients or customers to meet agreed goals and ambitions.
  • Experience of working with external stakeholders in providing exceptional customer progression routes.

Location

The role will be based within Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
