Postperson with Driving Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Postperson with driving responsibilities to join our team at the Bath Delivery Office. As a Postperson, you will play a vital role in delivering mail and packages to our customers across the region.

About the Role

This is a permanent contract position, working 26 hours per week, across 5 days, including weekends. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, and may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus of up to £1,500.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers across the region
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Operate a variety of vehicles, including vans and bicycles
  • Work in all weather conditions, including rain and snow

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54. You will also receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service, and a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates. Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
