Financial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Butler Rose. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the finance function and managing a small team.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department
- Produce management accounts with commentary for the senior leadership team
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
- Manage cash flow and ensure timely statutory reporting
- Liaise with external auditors and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Prepare and submit VAT returns
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
- Formal qualification in accounting (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous but not essential
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
