Executive Director of Discovery

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Executive Director of Discovery. As a key member of our Executive Committee, you will be responsible for identifying and investing in potential breakthrough research and frontier science to drive significant discoveries across biomedical sciences, humanities, social sciences, clinical research, and physical sciences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a dynamic portfolio of discovery research, identifying opportunities that will lead to scientific breakthroughs.
- Establish and maintain close links with external partners, stakeholders, and contacts in the UK and global scientific communities and other funding agencies.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies for driving innovation and discovery.
