Aftersales Excellence Coach

Competitive salary up to \u2116\u00a345,000 per year

Temporary position

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Field-based, ideal location in Southern England

MSX International is seeking a skilled Aftersales Coach to support our clients' dealerships in improving their aftersales performance in the UK.

The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance their aftersales capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting workshops and training sessions to improve aftersales skills
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to dealership staff
  • Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing improvement plans
