Fabrication Workshop Supervisor Job Description

Fisher & Company is a leading manufacturer of high-quality equipment for the Highways and Street Lighting industries. We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Workshop Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the fabrication process, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Lead a team of skilled fabricators, providing guidance and support to achieve exceptional quality and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and maintain a safe and efficient workshop environment.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fabrication and metalworking, with a strong background in supervisory roles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and productivity.
  • Knowledge of CAD software and experience with power presses, guillotines, and press brakes.
