We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Manager to join our team at McElroy Resourcing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the workshop team, ensuring productivity levels are maintained, and producing KPI reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage work allocation to the workshop team
  • Monitor team performance and productivity levels
  • Produce KPI reports and provide updates to the management team
  • Liaise with the procurement team regarding parts requirements
  • Handle customer repair work and monitor stock levels
  • Attend workshop meetings and provide updates on job status

Requirements:
