About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Section Leader to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist with training and development of colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth store operations
  • Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and merchandise to ensure optimal sales and customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve store goals and objectives

About You

You will be a natural communicator, able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.
