Job Overview

DBR Group, a leading employment agency, is seeking a Class 1 driver to work on a night shift basis for our client in the Warrington area.

Job Responsibilities

As a Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for:

  • Checking your load and closing the curtain at the depot in Appleton Thorn
  • Driving to the client's depot, a 2.25-hour journey, to unload and reload within their warehousing facility
  • Following the site's Health & Safety instructions
  • Driving back to Appleton Thorn to complete your shift

Shift Details

Your expected driving time is 4.5 hours, and you will be paid a minimum of 8 hours per shift.

Pay and Benefits

As a Class 1 driver with DBR Group, you can expect:

  • Standard pay up to 8 hours: £17.00 per hour
  • Overtime after 8 hours: £25.50 per hour

Key Skills and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Class 1 driver's license
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Good communication skills
