We are seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Elite Employee. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain and repair a variety of machines and equipment, including CNC machines, conventional machines, and others.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance, preventative maintenance, and fault finding to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Oversee the maintenance of shop floor equipment, with a focus on CNC machines.
  • Develop and implement corrective maintenance plans to improve machine efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Provide training and support to other maintenance team members, and receive training as needed.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of production facilities.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a maintenance technician role or similar in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good understanding of maintenance duties for various machines.
  • Experience with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) or similar practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
