About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Morar Living's Townsend Manor Care Home. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, providing a supportive and homely environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) qualification.
  • Previous experience in a care home setting, particularly with older adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
