Our dedicated team is committed to fostering a supportive environment that promotes the well-being and development of our young clients.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Actively participating as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Implementing and evaluating individualized treatment and behavioral plans for children under the guidance of qualified professionals.
- Organizing and facilitating therapeutic activities that promote engagement and development.
- Providing support during meal times, ensuring proper nutrition and monitoring dietary needs.
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care and domestic tasks.
- Serving as a key worker for assigned children, maintaining regular communication with families and other stakeholders.
- Documenting observations and progress accurately to inform care strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A commitment to achieving or holding an NVQ Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience working with children and young people, demonstrating a passion for improving their lives.
