About the Role

We're seeking a Support Worker who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. You'll be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to our service users, assisting with daily tasks, and promoting their independence. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements

We're looking for a Support Worker who is friendly, compassionate, and caring. You'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders. No previous experience is necessary, and we're happy to work with you to help you become an excellent member of our team.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £12.00 per hour, and we offer a range of benefits, including a competitive pension scheme, life insurance, and a range of employee discounts.

Working Hours

This is a bank contract role, with shift times from 21:00 to 7:00. We're committed to providing flexible working arrangements that meet the needs of our employees and service users.
