Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver targeted interventions and booster sessions to support student progress
  • Assist teachers in planning and preparing lessons, including creating educational materials and resources
  • Provide individualized support to students, including those with special educational needs
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements
  • 2:1 or above degree from a UK university, with a strong academic record
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
  • Previous experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting
  • Enthusiasm, determination, and energy, with a passion for education and a desire to pursue a career in teaching
