Rutherford Briant is seeking an experienced Outsourcing Manager to lead our portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality outsourcing services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing the delivery of outsourcing assignments, and leading a team of accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including review of monthly/quarterly management accounting, preparing cash flow reports, budgets, and projections.
- Outsourcing Delivery: Oversee the delivery of outsourcing assignments, including review of bookkeeping, VAT returns, and assisting clients with VAT queries and tax investigations.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of accountants, including trainee accountants, assistant accountants, and management accountants.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
- Experience: Experience in portfolio management, including delivery of outsourcing services
- Skills: Up-to-date working knowledge of tax, including MTD, and strong systems knowledge in Xero, Dext, Approval Max, and QBO
- Leadership: Team management experience, including line management
