The RoleWe're seeking a Seasonal Brand Ambassador to join our team and provide exceptional customer service during our busiest time of year. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of our brand, showcasing our beautiful products and providing 5-star customer service. You'll work at the forefront of our business, collaborating with team members to achieve store goals and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 5-star customer experience consistently, going above and beyond for our customers
- Champion our ethics and values during consultations
- Operate our till systems and handle cash
- Stock products on the shop floor and ensure they're clean and inviting to customers
- Engage with customers through active listening and provide relevant information and demonstrations
- Provide sit-down consultations and bespoke routines to fulfill customer needs
- Customer Service: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and understanding customer needs
- Teamwork: Capable of collaborating with team members to achieve store goals and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to engage customers and provide relevant information
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively under pressure
