The Priory Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Burton Park, a 50-bedded neurobehavioural locked rehabilitation hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the comprehensive assessment and care of patients with acquired brain injury and neuro-progressive conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-admission assessments and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the transdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Monitor and review patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Manage medication and ensure adherence to hospital policies.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients, promoting a culture of dignity and respect.
