Position Overview:

As a vital member of the Engineering team at CV Technical, the Building Maintenance and Facilities Specialist will be instrumental in ensuring optimal property conditions and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Shift Engineers and report directly to the Site Engineering Manager.
  • Optimize safety and working conditions across the site.
  • Conduct equipment and plant condition assessments.
  • Diagnose and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues.
  • Accurately log data into the company's CMMS System, including maintenance activities and parts requisition.
  • Assist the hygiene team by managing cleaning-related installations.
  • Execute all assigned planned preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Immediately report any health and safety concerns or machinery issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to 5S standards throughout the work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in building maintenance.
  • Background in maintaining equipment within a services or utilities context.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems.
  • Knowledge of IEE Wiring regulations.

Work Schedule:
