Robert Gordon University is seeking a highly organized and skilled Academic Recruitment Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in establishing and developing positive relationships with partner schools, colleges, and our agent network.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent the University at recruitment events across Scotland and the rest of the UK, raising the profile of Robert Gordon University and maximizing undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment.
- Help plan and develop the University's major on-campus recruitment events such as Open Days and Discovery Days.
- Create and maintain presentation content for delivery at workshops to partner schools, colleges, and RGU's agent network.
- Liaise with staff within each of the Schools of the University to arrange workshops and talks in schools, colleges, and University partners by academic colleagues.
- A working knowledge of the higher education sector and the issues and complexities of student recruitment.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as part of the role.
- Ability to travel widely throughout Scotland and the UK.
- Driving Licence.
