Hunter Selection Limited is seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Manager to join our team. As a SHEQ Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and continually improving SHEQ management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve SHEQ management systems to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Promote a positive SHEQ culture by engaging with relevant stakeholders and ensuring that SHEQ best practices are embedded into the company's culture.
- Work with key stakeholders to introduce and improve SHEQ systems, including auditing and maintaining ISO9001, 14001, and 15001 accreditations.
- Ensure that SHEQ systems are aligned with the company's overall business objectives and strategies.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees understand and comply with SHEQ policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in a site environment with a strong understanding of SHEQ principles and practices.
- Knowledge of ISO9001, 14001, and 15001 standards and experience in auditing and maintaining these accreditations.
- Experience in a hands-on SHEQ role with a proven track record of improving SHEQ systems and processes.
- Auditing and QMS experience with a strong understanding of risk management and compliance.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of £45,000 - £50,000.
- 23 days + BH (increasing up to 33 each year).
