The IT department is looking for a dedicated Information Security Officer who thrives in a dynamic and diverse environment.

As the Information Security Officer, you will assist the Information Security Manager in safeguarding our data, systems, and networks from unauthorized access. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including ensuring adherence to information security protocols, managing security measures, and conducting risk and vulnerability evaluations.

Furthermore, you will collaborate across the organization to perform risk and vulnerability assessments, which will involve contributing to design processes and addressing existing issues and risks. In the event of a security breach, you will partner with colleagues in Data Protection and various business units to investigate and resolve the situation effectively.

You will be expected to engage with cross-functional teams, conveying information security principles to colleagues who may not have a technical background.

To be successful, you should possess an information security certification, with a minimum qualification being a Level 3 Cyber Security apprenticeship, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience with standards and frameworks such as ISO, CIS, or NIST Cyber Security would be advantageous.
