Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Designer to join our team at KPIT. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design and develop user interfaces for software applications, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing user experience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX designs.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather user feedback and iterate on design solutions.
  • Design Standards: Define and maintain UI/UX design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
  • Integration: Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs into the software development process.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, technologies, and industry standards, and propose innovative ideas to enhance user experiences.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience (3-7 years) in UI/UX design, preferably in a software development or technology environment for the automotive industry.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and demonstrating proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Skills: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
  • Tools: Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
