Key Responsibilities:

  • Asphalt Mixing Operations:
    • Conduct asphalt mixing to meet industry specifications.
    • Perform pre-start inspections using digital systems.
    • Identify, record, and report any defective equipment.
    • Assist maintenance teams in monitoring and maintaining equipment.
    • Utilize control systems for fixed plant operations.
  • Loading Shovel Operations:
    • Complete and record pre-start inspections.
    • Report defective equipment promptly.
    • Monitor aggregate stock levels and feed materials into the plant.
    • Drive safely according to site transport plans.
    • Operate machinery efficiently to minimize costs and environmental impact.
  • Weighbridge Operations:
    • Manage vehicle loading using control systems.
    • Schedule materials for production.
    • Enter data into internal management systems.
    • Ensure vehicle compliance with safety plans.
    • Handle customer inquiries and orders.
