We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Everpool. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all instructions are completed to the highest standard.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: You will be responsible for managing maintenance and repairs in properties, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • New Business Opportunities: You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, including negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
  • Customer Service: You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, including landlords and tenants.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in property management.
  • Skills: You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Qualifications: You will have a relevant qualification in property management or a related field.
