About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Collection and Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team at Parcelforce Worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our growing business and exceeding our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient parcel delivery
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses, providing excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving licence (Cat B) covering up to 3.5 tonnes
  • Ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
