Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Event & Sales Manager to oversee end-to-end event management, from concept to completion. You'll be responsible for managing event operations, logistics, and client relationships, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute event strategies to deliver exceptional food experiences
  • Manage event operations, including logistics, health and safety, and vendor negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align event details and requirements
  • Manage budgets and negotiate favourable terms with suppliers and clients
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end event management, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector
  • Strong background in planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion
  • Experience in managing catering operations for various event types
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health & safety compliance
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing client expectations
  • Competence in budgeting and financial management for events
