Job Title: Psychology Graduate

We are seeking a Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in a special needs school in Havering. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in SEN and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.

About the Role:
  • Support pupils with various special needs, including visual and hearing impairments
  • Work 1:1 and with small groups of children, using audio technology such as Jolly Phonics
  • Supervise pupils' behaviour and provide a calm and caring environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in SEN is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to engage and support pupils with various special needs
  • Valid DBS registration or willingness to apply for a new one
  • Availability to work 5 days a week, with a commitment to at least 3-6 months
