We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at be:technology. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our online presence.
Email Marketing:
- Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns to engage with our target audience.
- Analyze email performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Maintain and grow our email list while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and curate high-quality content for our social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics to refine our social media strategy and improve audience engagement.
Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for our website, blog, and social media channels.
- Collaborate with our design and content teams to create multimedia content that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage and update our content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of content.
Website Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our website, including content updates and site maintenance.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve our website's ranking and visibility.
- Monitor website performance, track analytics, and recommend enhancements to improve user experience.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and WordPress.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media, content creation, and website management.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in analyzing data and using insights to drive marketing strategies.
