Mobile HVAC Specialist - Facilities Management - Competitive Salary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Technician to become part of a prominent facilities management organization. In this role, you will be tasked with performing minor installations and reactive maintenance across various commercial contracts within the region. This organization boasts a diverse clientele, including educational facilities, hospitality venues, dining establishments, and corporate offices. As a growing entity, this is an excellent opportunity for career advancement.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing prestigious contracts including hotels, fitness centers, restaurants, and office spaces.

  • Adhering to all relevant standards, policies, and procedures, particularly regarding safety and maintaining a tidy work environment.

  • Conducting all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repairs on air conditioning units and air handling units (AHUs) as required.

  • Reporting any challenges faced during engineering tasks to the Engineering Supervisor or Manager.
  • Clearly and accurately documenting any required parts.
  • Completing all necessary record-keeping functions on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
  • F-Gas Certification (Category 1) [Essential]
  • SVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning
  • Valid Driving License
  • Experience in a similar role or environment
  • Strong understanding of working as a mobile engineer in the local area
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, email, and internet usage
  • Solid knowledge of SHEQ procedures, risk assessments, and work permits
