Your Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager to take charge of the Domestic Tax division and fulfill the following duties:
Assess client operational processes and policies, offer guidance on tax regulations and adaptations to align with market demands, and formulate proactive tax strategies to optimize business opportunities Utilize specialized expertise to foresee, recognize, and resolve tax-related challenges pertinent to the client's operations Deliver both technical and project management guidance to team members on Domestic Tax initiatives or assignments, ensuring adherence to quality control standards Identify, devise, and execute strategies for clients to leverage business and tax opportunities, including the preparation and evaluation of tax reorganizations, as well as reviewing corporate, trust, and estate tax filings Cultivate positive relationships with clients and provide effective support throughout engagements Participate in training staff and contribute to the professional growth of your teamDefining Success in Your Role

You have obtained your CPA designation along with the In-Depth Tax Program and/or a Master's in Tax You bring 7 years of experience in public accounting, with at least 3 years specializing in Tax You possess a comprehensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, as well as corporate, personal, and trust tax planning and compliance You value teamwork, client service, and meticulous quality in your work You demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities-
