The Role: Skilled Tradesperson - Housing Repairs

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Joiner to join our responsive maintenance team. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers' homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Your Responsibilities
  • Carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks within domestic properties, including but not limited to joinery work.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, aiming for first-time fixes.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality workmanship.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout the repair process, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Certified in City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Joinery or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience working in domestic properties, preferably within the housing sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
