CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a previous role as a Purchase Ledger Assistant, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. They will be responsible for validating and processing supplier invoices for payment via the database as well as manual entry, reviewing Purchase Orders, reconciling supplier statements to purchase ledger, and resolving invoice and payment queries. The successful candidate will have good communication skills and the ability to build working relationships internally and externally. Additional benefits of the role include free parking on site and hybrid working hours. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Validate and process supplier invoices for payment via the database as well as manual entry
* Review Purchase Orders
* Reconcile supplier statements to purchase ledger
* Resolve invoice and payment queries

**Requirements:**

* Strong experience in a previous role as a Purchase Ledger Assistant
* Good communication skills and ability to build working relationships internally and externally
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Experience with Sage 50
