Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect

Position Overview: As a Senior Solutions Architect at Blue Yonder, you will play a pivotal role within our Returns Consulting Services division. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the design and execution of tailored solutions for our diverse clientele across various sectors. You will engage with clients to assess their needs, architect effective solutions, and provide continuous support to ensure optimal operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate Sales initiatives – participate in meetings and discussions to advocate for Returns products and solutions for both new and existing clients.
  2. Collaborate with customers alongside our Business Development and Product teams to ensure alignment with their objectives.
  3. Engage with clients to comprehend their business aspirations and explore how Blue Yonder can assist in achieving those goals.
  4. Articulate and promote Returns products, demonstrating their capacity to meet customer requirements.
  5. Collaborate with the Returns Product Teams to optimize the utilization of our product offerings.
  6. Serve as the liaison between the client, product team, and delivery teams to guarantee that the solution aligns with the client's needs.
  7. Lead the design of technical integrations within our product interfaces.
  8. Contribute to the development of the partner ecosystem by identifying partners with complementary capabilities that can enhance our market proposition.
  9. Support partner relationships by attending events to showcase Returns capabilities and connect with partners offering complementary solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in Consulting, Delivery, or Implementation roles.
  2. Demonstrated commercial experience.
  3. Experience collaborating with product and development teams utilizing various methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework).
  4. Proficient in designing and documenting requirements.
  5. A history of successful project delivery across a range of customer sizes.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Familiarity with API Architecture.
